People ask me this question a lot, “Christina, am I on the right path?” The answer is a pretty easy one, “Yes.” Spiritually, it is impossible for us to be off of our path. However, our paths are pretty wide so it makes sense that some people would think that they are not where they are supposed to be.
Before we come into this physical life, we decide what our path will be. As a soul, in all our glory, we decide what we want to experience and who we want to learn lessons through and with and all the details. We feel very strong and powerful in Spirit but we do know what we can handle and make sure that we will have the support for any lessons we choose for ourselves. However, we give ourselves a pretty wide path to do all of these things on. The Angels simplify it by saying that we have an easy, middle and a harder side for our path. Thinking back on your life now, you can probably pick out the times of your life when you were walking on the easy path. You felt supported, things went smoothly, etc. How about when you were walking on the harder part of your path? Walking the harder side of the path doesn’t mean that you were necessarily going through something difficult. It means that you were doing things yourself instead of having your Angels / Spirit help you. You may have even felt disconnected and alone. The lesson could have been something easy but it was harder than it had to be because of walking on the harder side of your path. It is easy to see that being on that hard side how someone could think that they were not even on the right path.
The Angels tell us that we are the creator of our path as a soul before we were born and that we alone are the creator of where we walk on our path since then. To take back conscious control of our lives we can do a couple of things.
First, we take responsibility for our experiences. This is very important as it moves the ego out of the way that wants to tell us that someone else is responsible for our situations. It is easy to blame someone else for something that happened to us. But taking responsibility for our experiences will move us into a higher spiritual space. Then we can have more access to our soul, our Angels and Spirit. We feel more spiritually connected and less alone and things will flow smoother in our lives. Knowing this, if you don’t like what you are experiencing or the depth of the experience, you can change which side of the path you are walking on at any time.
Next, we can say affirmations / prayers to make sure that what we experience is always in the easiest way. Here is an example:
“I AM always walking the easiest side of the path for my life.”
“Angels of my soul, please remind me when I am making my life harder than it has to be.”
“I always feel supported in my life and make choices to stay on the easiest path for my life.”
When you say affirmations / prayers like these, the Angels of your soul will prompt you when you are veering into the harder side of your path. If you feel you cannot hear your Angels or know when they are trying to get a message to you then you can say something like this:
“I always receive my Angel’s messages.”
“I always understand when my Angels are trying to tell me something.”
“I AM open to receiving my Angel’s messages.”
My friend, the question is not are you on the right path. The question is, “What part of my path am I walking on?” And the answer is your choice. This week, make a conscious effort to recognize which side of your path you are walking. If you feel you want to make some changes, do so. You are in control of your experience here.
It is an honor to share with you, ~Christina
