Angelic Reminders

Angelic Reminders

The Angels want to remind us of a few spiritual tools we have to help us through the sometimes difficult and chaotic times we are living in.

 

When you are feeling anxious, breathe. Just breathe. Breathing deep three times will help you to balance your energy back into your heart area. When you are feeling anxious, you will take shorter, uneven breaths and that makes the anxious feelings stronger. You may not even know why you are feeling this way. That is okay. Getting rid of the lower, anxious feeling is more important than the “why.” If there is something for you to know from it, your Angels can get you that information another way.

If you are feeling sad by the chaos in the world, breathe and say, “I am not moved by the things that I hear nor the things that I see.” It is more important for those walking as spiritual human beings to continue bringing in the light onto Earth. When you feel the lower energies of sadness, anger, frustration, depression, etc. it is more difficult to bring in the light. There is a good amount of darkness here already. What Earth needs now more than ever is the light. Stand strong and continue being light. “I am light. I am the light.”

If you do or say something and have guilty feelings or regrets about it, the Angels tell us to forgive ourselves immediately. When you are in that negative state you are withholding love for yourself. Loving yourself is the greatest gift you give to mankind. As you mature spiritually, you become more at One with everyone. So when you withhold love for yourself, you withhold love from everyone. Be gentle with yourself, knowing this is a planet of lesson and as long as you keep walking forward you are making progress. ”I forgive myself.”
