On-again, off-again couple Brian Austin Green and Megan Fox are engaged -- for the second time! After hooking up in 2004, they were first engaged in 2006, but called it off in February 2009. This time around, the drama continues: right after the proposal, the diamond ring was lost. We have to wonder, is this just an omen of things to come?
