According to reports, Britney Spears’ bodyguard, Fernando Flores, contacted the L.A. Department of Children and Family Services while he worked for her -- Flores clams Britney requested a belt from him, in order to hit her children. While those close to her find this difficult to believe, does it hint at Britney heading toward another meltdown?

These are trying times for Britney, since she is going through her Saturn Return (an astrological period of karmic lessons, which generally occurs two to three times in a lifetime), and she’s hosting it in her identity house (one of the most challenging places for that planet, as it means redefining one’s identity and sense of independence). But chances are slim that she’s headed for another dark period like the one when she famously shaved her head.
