Can Scott Disick Make it as a Restaurateur?

Scott Disick has made a reputation as Kourtney Kardashian’s mess of a man. However, in the last few seasons he seems to be cleaning up his act, as perhaps fatherhood is making him grow up. Now he’s spreading his wings, flying out from under his wife’s shadows and starting his own venture as a restaurateur! Yes, just opening RYU -- a Japanese restaurant in NYC’s trendy Meatpacking District -- is this a sign of better and more independent times for Scott?
