Is The Carrie Diaries A Hit or Miss?

The Carrie Diaries debuted last night with much anticipation. Loveable Anna Sophia Robb's iconic role is a major plus for the series. However, the show did jump the shark with its movie sequels, and the past is perhaps best left in the past. So, will this show continue as a hit or a miss?

According to Anna Sophia’s chart, her career is looking good. As a Libra, she’ll be hosting lucky Jupiter in her Ninth House for the first half of the year, which rules broadcasting. And then in June, the jolly planet will enter her Tenth House (career). This bodes well for The Carrie Diaries, as Anna Sophia is likely to bring a new breath to the worn out series and give the character a new reference for younger viewers who never saw the original series (pretty much the bulk of the audience). Plus, the series debuted on June 6, 1998, making it a Gemini, matching perfectly with Anna Sophie’s fellow Air-ruled Sun sign.
