Chelsea Clinton - making a statement

The notoriously publicity shy Chelsea Clinton is stepping out more boldly into the public limelight with her latest role as a television correspondent.

Born on 27 February 1980 at 11.24pm in Little Rock, Arkansas, she has a self-protective and family oriented 4^{th house Pisces Sun and a secretive Scorpio Ascendant. Her Moon is more showy being in Leo and in the 9th house which rules widespread communications. That also points to her living abroad at some point of her life.}
