Being particularly competitive, Aries may get a thrill out of seeing a rival shoot themselves in the foot. That said, the Ram isn't the malicious sort and may very well simply look the other way; at the same time, they're unlikely to help pick up the pieces discreetly.

Taurus may ignore the matter and let the chips fall where they may. However, if they do decide to take action, they'll carefully consider their options to see if certain kinds of responses might damage their reputation. The Bull is kindhearted ... but their self-preservation instinct is stronger.

Gemini will certainly raise an eyebrow, but they tend to be cool in their responses, so they're less likely to rush to the aid of a troubled colleague. These folks can be gossips and may let the cat out of the bag to a few co-workers, but they're less likely to spill the beans to management.

Cancer is protective of those they like, so if the co-worker is a friend, they'll go out of their way to help. But if that person has damaged them in the past, the Crab won't be above divulging information to the boss if it helps even the score.
