Dealing with a Bully at Work

Is someone in your workplace putting you down, making you feel small or tripping you up ... or all of the above? Take some some astrological clues as to which signs are prone to bullying –- and those that tend to get bullied -- so you can avoid office drama!

Scorpio is the sign least likely to be bullied since they possess ingenuity and determination. Cross them and they'll respond -- slowly, perhaps, but they'll definitely get the upper hand over time. Scorpio knows how power works.

Taurus is also fairly unmovable when it comes to being pushed around. They may appear serene, but they've got a volcanic temper when it blows, which anyone who pushes them too far will discover. They also possess endurance in spades and will outlast any attempt to trample them into the ground.

Cancer, surprisingly, has almost the same staying power as Taurus. Crabs are masters at the art of passive resistance: They won't snipe back at bullies, but they'll come in sideways at one point and topple the thug off their pedestal.

Aquarius, Sagittarius and Gemini will be puzzled at any move to squash them, since they don't understand why anyone would want to behave that way in the first place. All three are handy with words and fast with insulting jokes. They'll cut the bully down to size with a well-aimed barb and turn them into a laughingstock.

Aries will be outraged and respond with a noisy outburst aimed at anyone attempting to play tricks on them. They don't have a devious side and can often be puzzled about what to do next, but they won't hang around long enough to be cornered. They'll simply pick up and be off!

Libra, Capricorn and Leo all share a distaste for social embarrassment and nasty tricks. They'll complain loudly behind the scenes about the bully, but won't ever be sure how to react with others around. They need to sharpen up and learn to understand that sometimes you have to fight fire with fire. Getting their hands dirty and learning how to dish it out will put them on better footing.

Virgo and Pisces can be doormats and all too easy to manipulate. They need to find more backbone and inner confidence ... or take up martial arts. If they feel stronger within themselves, they'll exude more authority.
