Cherries Jubilee

1/2 cup white sugar

2 tablespoons cornstarch

1/4 cup coconut water

1/4 cup lemon juice

1 pound sweet cherries, rinsed and pitted

1/2 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest

1/4 teaspoon rose water

1/4 cup brandy

3 cups vanilla ice cream

Directions

Whisk together the sugar and cornstarch in a wide saucepan.
