The Desperate Housewives Battle: Who’s Telling the Truth?

Nicollette Sheridan has recently slapped a $20 million lawsuit on Desperate Housewives creator and writer Marc Cherry, claiming that he assaulted her on set. In this game of "he said-she said," no one is sure whom to believe. With the stars of the show backing Cherry, Nicollette is on her own. And since the allegations came to light after her dismissal from the hit ABC series, some fans wonder, is she just a lady scorned?

As it happens, Nicollette was born under the sign of revenge -- Scorpio -- but that doesn’t make her a liar.
