Do You Call the Shots … or Consult Your Guru?

The signs most skeptical of having a work advisor are Taurus and Aries. Taurus thinks they have all the answers, while being subservient just isn't in Aries's nature. Both these signs would make good mentors since they possess leadership potential. The problem is, neither one stands still long enough to gather a crowd!

On the other hand, the signs most likely to idolize are Pisces, Cancer and Aquarius. Pisces can get carried away with too much admiration and not enough questioning, while Cancer is easily impressed by those who feed them information. Aquarius simply likes to surround themselves with leaders.

Scorpio is easily attracted to a wise elder who piques their curiosity, and they're likely to insist upon regular one-on-one sessions with their mentor.

Sagittarius, Virgo and Gemini like to be well informed, but restless as they are, they're unlikely to remain with a work advisor for very long. As Sagittarius matures, they stop looking for outside help. Virgo is happily submissive ... except when it comes to gaining knowledge, so they're bound to eventually find some sort of fault with their teacher. Gemini is no guru groupie, but they do enjoy the networking opportunities a person in a leadership role can provide.

Libra can be indecisive, so the idea of having an all-knowing advisor may hold great appeal for them. Leo likes to run everything in their own life, and since they enjoy having an adoring audience, they have the potential to someday become an excellent mentor in their own right. Finally, Capricorn has a very clear take on their direction in life, so they rarely feel the need to seek out advice or answers.
