Don't Be a Fool- Part One

April Fool's could really show up a couple days late. With Venus in Taurus (the sign of money) squaring high priced Leo, you could be inclined to spend money on luxuries which would be oh so foolish, zodiac lovers. Watch your wallet this date. Especially if you're a bull or a lion, this could ring double true for you. If you're planning on a date this night, remember, that special someone will love you, not your checkbook.

Part One- Fire & Earth

Fire Signs: Head to Trader Joes with a picnic basket and pick up a bottle of their famous "Two Buck Chuck" otherwise known as, Charles Shaw. It's not at all a bad wine for the price, so you might want to pick up another while you're at it. Some peppered table crackers, goat cheese, and dried fruits are also items to look for. Don't forget their dark chocolate covered almonds for desert. Head outdoors to a park for dinner or lunch. You and your sweetie will be eating like the Romans did. If you really want to make it a theme, order Starz for later that night if you don't have it already. Spartacus is their number one show. It's a little gory at times, but oh so sexy, too. When it gets to the bloody parts, you can turn away by nuzzling into your sweetie.

Earth Signs: You could easily have a sweet tooth and want to spend money on luxury foods. Try to watch it by leaning towards more inexpensive avenues. Instead of going out make a home cooked meal for you and your lover. A bottle of sparkling white wine would be a thrifty choice. Wilson Creek's Almond Champagne could definitely hit your sweet tooth. For dinner, try a roasted chicken and mashed potatoes from your local deli. Just because your at home, doesn't mean you have to slave over a hot stove. Slave over your hot sweetie, instead.
