Need encouragement? It’s been a rough time across all of our bodies; emotionally, physically and spiritually. The spiritual changes from our ascension as individuals and collectively has caused rough spots to show up everywhere in our lives. Please know that you are not alone. It may feel like that at times but you are never alone. On Earth, there are many people who feel like you do and think the same thoughts. And spiritually, we are being supported by our Angels to assist us, even when they are quiet!
I have some prayers / affirmations and suggestions to assist you during this up, down and moving all around energy. See what fits for you and use them whenever you need.

If you would like a physical touch to help let go of any anxiousness try this:
~ In between your thumb and first finger, pinch the flesh of your hand. This is a hand mudra for courage.
~ Raise your arms high up in front of you in the air. Place your two hands together so that your pinky fingers are touching. There will be a little space between those fingers however the hands are completely touching on their sides. Then cup your hands as if to catch some water from above you. This is an ancient movement that means, “Fear not.” It is very helpful for calming the heart.
