Ghouly AstroGourmet: Spiced Bloody Harry

Here are my suggested cocktail for the weekend, as the Full Moon shines down upon us, my Chipotle Bloody Harry cocktail will help you begin, or end, the weekend just right. The smokiness of the chipotle and the paprika together with the refreshing bubbles of the beer feel very good in the palate. The rosemary just pulls it all in with a very nice aroma. Share this recipe with friends during brunch or an informal get-together.

Spiced Bloody Harry

juice from 1 lime

3 tbs chipotle hot sauce

4 cups low-salt V8 Juice

2 cups light beer

2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp salt

¼ tsp paprika

1½ cup tequila blanco

Except for the tequila, combine all ingredients in a large pitcher. Chill.

Stir in tequila and serve over ice, with a rosemary sprig.
