Helpful Advice for Yellow Aura Color Personalities
For you Yellow aura color personalities who are struggling with what to be when you “grow up” – here’s some fun information. (Because Yellows need it to be fun.)
First of all, how do you know if you’re a Yellow? If you look younger than your years; you like to laugh, smile, play, & cheer people up; you are either really sensitive & shy or have a great sense of humor; you want to please people and have them like you but don’t like being told what to do; or you have a hard time sitting still – then there’s a good chance you’re a Yellow.
First, make peace with the idea that you will never feel grown up, and you’ll never want to do the same job or career for the rest of your life. You Yellows need variety and a sense of fun & freedom. Money is not your first priority, you’re often very generous, & you don’t usually like to “manage” money – so it can slip through your hands very easily. (Find a way to make friends with money – like you would a little animal - so more will come to you & stay!!)
Here are some of the best, most fulfilling careers for Yellows (or best “jobs” – since a lot of you Yellows are not driven to work hard or to further your education toward a “career”):
Creative – writers, artists, musicians, designers, performers, hairdressers, etc.
Healing – doctors, massage or physical therapists, energy workers, veterinarians, facialists, etc.

Physical – athletes, landscapers, construction, physical trainers, yoga instructors, bartenders, servers (waitress, waiter), pilots, etc.
It’s common for Yellows to procrastinate – or get lazy and flakey. Those behaviors always stem from fear. You Yellows typically have a fear of commitment – what if you don’t like it, or it’s too hard, or it’s not fun & doesn’t make you happy, or you’re not good at it? Too many of you believe people when they tell you your ideas are not realistic or you’re not talented enough to be successful. So get good at it!! Don’t give up on what you enjoy and what you feel drawn to. You also think you have to choose something and do it for the rest of your life. That doesn’t work for you and will scare any Yellow!! (Most Tans & Blues think you’re supposed to commit to something forever – not you Yellows.) So live your true colors!
Just commit to something – for now! What do you like – now? Get good at it, do it very well for now, and then stay open to what you may want to do in the future. Grow the trunk of the tree first – feed it, nurture it - then the different branches can grow from there. But commit to being good at something - do it full out so you won’t criticize yourself later when you change to something else.
Most of all – find a way to make it fun. You Yellows are here to bring joy – you’re the ones who know the purpose for being on the planet is to have fun, enjoy life, and help the planet heal. Give yourself permission to be that for us, okay? The rest of the world tends to take itself too seriously. Find a way to do your “job” here, okay? We need your lightness, your optimism, and your sense of play.
(Most of you are combination colors – Yellow/Blue, Yellow/Violet, Yellow/ Tan, etc. So find out your other aura color and play well with it. That side needs to win too.)
