Your schedule looks like it might be easing up on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd. This is a great opportunity to use some of your extra time and energy on yourself. That could mean working out and getting a massage. Or it could mean working out and making an appointment with a dietician. Or it could mean working out and getting a nice haircut. Whatever it is you feel you need, go ahead and add it to your workout (but don’t let it replace your workout!). On the 10th, don’t forget that you don’t always have to go it alone on the road to health — get a friend or a coach or a personal trainer (or all three) to join you. On the 16th, take a look at any problem areas — chronic pains, weak joints, bad habits. On the 22nd, spend a little quiet time with yourself. It will de-stress you. On the 28th, you could get involved in a community fitness project — and if you can, you should. On the 29th, 30th, and 31st, go for a jog!
