On the 1st, it’s really, really, really important for you to make sure you’re taking care of yourself. You have so many people you need to care for that you might sometimes feel like you should just skip your workout, or save time by cutting out cooking healthy meals. Stop! Remember: Before you can take care of anybody else, you need to be healthy and happy yourself. So don’t skip your workout to make sure dinner is on the table when your honey gets home. You both will be happier if you eat a quick-to-fix salad in a fully de-stressed state. This continues to be the theme on the 5th, which can either be a bad day, say, if you flake on your just-for-you activities, or a great day, say, if you give yourself what it is you need. It’s really up to you! On the 10th, you are feeling great — and starting to see how important feeling great is. A little restlessness on the 15th is your body giving you a signal. Get outside and get your body in motion! On the 20th, your hard work to stay healthy really pays off. You feel good! On the 25th, it’s more of the same — you need to focus on yourself.
