It’s that old fresh air, again. By the 22nd, you could be reaching all kinds of fitness goals way ahead of time. Great — but remember, it’s consistency that’s truly important. On the 25th, get ready for an energy explosion — you feel great! On the 29th, you’ll see how important patience is. On the 31st, plenty is more important than pounds gained or lost. But it doesn’t hurt to check in.
