What should you be doing on the 1st and 2nd? Why, you should be working out, and, if possible, doing so out of doors! Yep, this month marks high summer, and it’s a great time for walks in the woods, strolls on the beach or weight lifting in the mountains. Pretty much any get-out-in-the-open-and-breathe type activity is just the ticket. Moving your body can be really fun, you know. On the 5th and 6th, deal with any physical problems that come up (from a sprained ankle to a toothache) right away. After all, pain is the body’s way of saying, ‘I need something!’ and ‘you can’t keep on ignoring me!’ On the 10th, go ahead and plan your workouts and your organic meals for the next couple of weeks (but don’t skip your healthy meal and workout to do so). On the 15th, ask a few friends to go jogging with you. You’ll be inspired! On the 20th, you are in good form, thanks to all your good health-care steps! On the 25th, don’t forget that stability is good. And it’s hard to achieve if you don’t take time for your health! By the super healthy 30th, a great workout will leave you feeling happier than you have in a long while!
