On the 1st and 2nd, you could be tempted, say by a big greasy back yard barbeque, to overindulge. Don’t. Otherwise your body will not thank you, and you’ll see what happens then: If you treat your body badly, after awhile, it will start to complain. And that means that you will get all kinds of aches and pains and sleeping problems! So go ahead and enjoy yourself and the summer and those barbeque delights. But stay reasonable. On the 5th, are you starting something new? Or just thinking about it? Either way, great. On the 10th, it looks like you might have a super healthy diet, or a new type of stretching class, or a brand new plan to get outside and into nature more often. That’s terrific. By the 15th, you’ll be enjoying whatever it is you started, and reassessing some of your old, not-so-terrific habits. Do something super nurturing for yourself on the 20th. Have you been to a hot sauna? It can be doubly nice in the summer. A really cold swimming hole? A lukewarm mineral bath? Why not try one or all of these! On the 25th, practice letting go and relaxing when the going gets tough. On the 31st, you’re going to be learning something new, and having a heck of a good time doing it.
