On the 1st and 2nd, you are cooking a totally terrific, utterly organic meal, and you’re putting a lot of love into it. Who is going to share it with you? On the 16th, talk over any obstacles you’re encountering in your physical fitness with somebody who can help (friend or professional!). The 20th should be a day just for you, at least as far as your workout is concerned. You are feeling great and sweating on the 25th! What could be nicer? On the 29th, go out dancing for a great, and super fun, workout. On the 31st, reevaluate your fitness goals and achievements.
