By the 15th, you’re already feeling great, as long as you are trying hard and rewarding yourself for your excellent efforts. Just focusing on your health on the 20th will improve it, you know. On the 25th, really try to make some positive changes (even if it’s a little bit hard). The 28th and 29th are super good days. Take an informal poll: What health tricks have your friends tried?
