Daily Feng Shui

There’s a melody in the air today as we lift our voices on this ‘Universal Music Day.’ As we activate these energies we might also be inspired to sing a sweet hymn of gratitude for all the blessings in our lives. Singing is one of the most creative acts we are capable of, and it is said to intimately link each of us to our own vital life essence, our animated chi and the very nature of our beings. The Bible tells us that words already carry tremendous power, but when those words are sung the power becomes universal. This music theory holds that singing involves every aspect of the whole ‘self.’ We each become the instrument of the sound and the fury. Singing is said to help regulate breathing patterns while also improving posture and enhancing an emotional awareness that can eventually lead to the fulfillment of our own hopes and dreams. There’s an axiom that says, ‘one who sings, prays twice.’ Create a joyful noise today and sing to your heart’s content!
