Get moving on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd. Yep, just move. You don’t need to worry about whether you have the right gear. You don’t need to concern yourself with whether or not your jogging partner is going to show up. You need to just go, go, go! Do it, and you’ll feel great. Don’t, and well, you know what? You won’t. On the 7th, it may well be high time to get you outside (or in the gym) and get some exercise, already! Just because it’s almost winter doesn’t mean it’s time to stop working out. By the 12th, make sure you’ve done some serious full-body workouts. On the 13th, you want to be feeling the burn (your colleagues will appreciate your new-found calm, cool and relaxation, too). On the 17th, try a new sport, if you’re bored. Make sure your health check-ups are all up to date, particularly if you’re feeling weirdly tired on the 20th (maybe you have an iron deficiency! Or maybe it’s just the changing seasons). On the 25th, do some kind of long, slow stretching workout. On the 29th and 30th, you and your body are going to make some interesting discoveries together.
