And definitely don’t skip your workout for coworkers who haven’t managed to get their own work done! Being healthy means enjoying time with loved ones on the 23rd, 24th and 25th. So do it! Write those resolutions on the 30th. On the 31st, celebrate! You feel great, and you’ve earned a night on the dance floor.
