On the 1st, 2nd and 3rd, when it comes to working out, you are the leader of the pack. Whether it’s a jog with friends or a team-building bike ride, whether you’re swimming or jogging or kick boxing, when it comes to your workout, it feels good to be part of a group. Bring lots of energy to your fitness routine on the 8th, and your workout will give you lots of energy in your life. Aches on the 12th? Pains? Check it out, to see if there’s a change you could make that would make your body happier. Don’t forget that your body is on your side, so listen to it on the 17th. Go for a nice long walk or run or swim, before you hit the holiday circuit on the 23rd, 24th and 25th.
