After all, as the month begins, you need to be organized enough to get out and get exercising, no matter how many holiday dinners you’re supposed to plan. If they aren’t so yummy, ditch them. No matter how tempted you are to forego your workout to things for others on the 15th, don’t! Workout, then help out. Taking care of yourself first is the secret to a successful holiday. On the 20th, go ahead and use your good energy from your regular health maintenance to make life easier for someone else. Be flexible (stretching helps!) on the 23rd, 24th and 25th. An emotional workout will leave you feeling good — and ready to draw up more New Year’s resolutions on the 31st!
