Sometimes, like on the 1st, when it comes to your health it’s a better idea to just ‘be’ than to set a ton of goals. Leave the whole ‘goal’ thing at home, for now — at least for a little while. Go out there and really get a sense of where and how you are now, today, health-wise. After all, it’s hard to improve your health if you don’t really know how healthy you feel (and if you don’t know how you feel, it’s a good bet that you need to slow down anyhow). On the 5th, make sure you exercise. Focus on how well you’re sleeping (or aren’t sleeping) on the 8th, and if you aren’t getting your forty winks, try changing a few things — more strenuous exercise, less super-black coffee, a healthier dinner, eaten earlier in the evening. Oh, and cutting down on work stress (especially on the 13th) would help, too. On the 18th, home in on your diet, and on the 22nd, home in on your internal emotional state. These things are all crucial to your well-being, and they affect you more than you might think. On the 26th, you find a bad old habit is easier to get rid of. Great. On the 30th, make another change.
