Just notice, and write it down. By the 6th, you will probably be sick of this project. Keep at it anyway. No later than the 11th, you’ll start seeing some patterns. By the 16th, you might even be glad you’ve undertaken this good-for-you project. On the 21st, you’re starting to see some problems clearly and on the 27th, you feel fantastic! (What did you eat?) On the 31st, congratulate yourself. You’ve done a great job.
