Stick to your fitness plan on the 1st and 2nd, without being too egocentric about it (or, to put it another way, without projecting ’it’s all about me, me, me’ as you go through the world, and the day). After all, you need to work out. But you don’t need to be pushy about it. How’s your physical, emotional, mental and social health on the 5th? Before you answer, ask yourself: Is it healthy to skip the gym? Or eat things that aren’t healthy? Or do any of the other things you might occasionally do that impair your fitness levels? Be honest! On the 10th, why not take advantage of the opportunity to try out a new sport? On the 13th, why not take advantage of that special offer at the local massage school? Learn about a different way of being in your body on the 14th (it’s romantic!). Identify a problem on the 19th. Are you too tired? Not exercising enough? Not eating right? Whatever it is, it’s really going to help you address the problem on, say, the 21st, if you know what the problem is. On the 25th, if you work out, you’ll feel pretty energetic. On the 28th, use your energy to head to the gym for a workout.
