Take a look around on the 1st. What annoying obligation has disappeared and freed you up to jog on a regular basis? Whatever it is, it’s going to make this month pretty terrific as far as your health and fitness is concerned. Assuming, that is, that you take advantage of your free time to workout. Are you getting enough sleep on the 5th? There’s no reason (ever) not to make sure you make an effort to get enough sleep! You might get a little bit bored, if you always do the same thing for your workout, particularly on the 10th. Why not shake things up a little? On the 15th, you’re going to feel so much better once you’ve got a healthy diet in place (and stopped eating all those chocolates!).
