You know that working out makes you feel well. In fact, it makes you feel great. So, um, on the 1st and 2nd, are you working out? Outdoors? Sweating? Or are you just possibly skipping your workout? Because you think you’re too busy? With work? To work out? Whatever the case, get your body moving, and sweating, as soon as possible! On the 6th, get outside again. The great outdoors are calling you! Seriously, it’s essential to your sense of well-being. On the 10th, spend some time thinking: Have you been spending enough time doing the things you love? Mountain hiking? Urban biking? Salmon fishing? On the 15th, figure out what the obstacles have been that have kept you from getting outside more often. On the 20th, get out there, obstacles or no. You’ll feel terrific. On the 25th, you have a much easier time than you thought you would getting out of work early in order to hit the tennis courts. Cool! On the 28th, you can’t believe your luck. The great thing is, you made that luck all by your very healthy self! Great!
