Valentine’s Day has come and gone and you’ve switched out your sheets to a really passionate red and you’ve put that ring around your right index finger and you’ve taken the thorns off two pink roses and placed them in a white vase positioned in the ‘Romance/Relationship’ area of your bedroom and now you’re getting ready for the date of your dreams! Place a tablespoon of rose petals, a tablespoon of wheat germ and ten dried and chopped prunes into a net and let it float in a bath of warm water. Add ten drops of rose essential oil if you like. Now breathe slowly and deliberately while you soak for at least twenty minutes. Afterwards, not only will your nerves have steadied but your skin will be smooth as silk and you’ll have a beautiful glow that will leave a long and lasting impression!
