To kick the month off right, you should be sure to put any and all of your zaniest work out ideas into action, right away, on the 1st. So, always wanted to join a soccer team? Do it! Wanted to Can-Can? You can! You should! You must. So why are you skipping the warm-up on the 5th, and going straight to the burn? Do you want to pull a muscle? Of course you don’t! So, the rest of the month, don’t give in to the urge to just get sweaty without giving your body a chance to catch up. Your legs are getting used to those high-high kicks! They need to warm up slowly. You feel really fantastic when you work out after work on the 10th, 11th and 12th. If you don’t workout after work, however, you’ll feel crabby. Good vibes lead to good times and all this results from a really good workout on the 17th. Is something out of your control interfering with your workout schedule on the 22nd? Go for a walk or stretch in the living room. On the 27th, you really need to listen to what your body wants. On the 30th, a nice brisk jog will wake up your brain. Don’t forget to warm-up on the 31st!
