It seems like Janet Jackson’s new relationship of 10 months with billionaire boyfriend and Qatari businessman, Wissam Al Mana, is getting serious. The couple was spotted dining in New York City on Tuesday, and onlookers reported that Jackson was "glowing," sparking rumors that their engagement is imminent. While Jackson had a rocky romantic past -- including last year’s split with Jermaine Dupri, whom she dated for seven years -- are things changing for her? Is love in Jackson’s stars?

Yes! Jackson, a Taurus, is currently receiving a deluge of help in her committed partnership house, as the love and sex planets, Venus and Mars, are side by side in Scorpio.
