John Mayer and Katy Perry, Hit or Miss?

Although she just signed her divorce papers an eye-blink ago, Katy Perry is wasting no time. Having already ended one relationship, she’s already on to her next -- reportedly with John Mayer. John has had many celeb relationships and proven he’s not smooth at the don’t-kiss-and-tell rule. However, it’s been a while and he might have matured. If that’s the case, can this duo work?

Katy is an uber Scorpio (Sun, Moon, Mercury, Saturn, Pluto) and is likely working overtime on romance, trying to compensate for her failed marriage. While John, a Libra, will love her intensity, he doesn’t have enough to give her back for the long-term. Sure, his Mars in Cancer will give them a passionate moment or two, but ultimately he will need more freedom than she allows. And after the controversy of their match up dies down, it’ll be less fun for her. Thankfully, there will be no dramatic split to this coupling; just a natural progression of realizing there isn’t much in common. Surely, after this, it’ll be yet another high profile love interest for Katy’s arm.
