Is Jordin Sparks' Career Flourishing or Fading?

As the American Idol’s sixth season winner, then teenager Jordin Sparks became an instant sensation. While she is still relevant to popular culture, here today on her 22nd birthday her fame has slight dimmed since her win on A.I. With an album coming out in 2012, will the interest in her be as strong?

As a Capricorn, Jordin’s lucky stars were strongest at the end of 2007 following her win, as jovial Jupiter was in Capricorn the following year. This is not to say she’ll fade into obscurity soon, but achieving another high point in her career will be more difficult. Fortunately she does have Jupiter in her house of entertainment and performance until June 2012, so this can give her a boost. But her natal Mars in Sagittarius is currently being squared by the current placement of Mars in Virgo, which indicates that she’ll need to reinvent herself to hold onto her fame.
