As hard as this may be to admit Leo, sometimes it gets exhausting being under the spotlight for so long. Watching people drawn into your charismatic field like moths to a flame is satisfying, yet after a while, can be strangely tiring. All those parties, all those performances can sap a lions’ energy.
What to do about it? Obviously you can’t be away from your adoring public for too long, but nor can you keep up this unrelenting pace. Your self confidence, often a delicate possession, can take a real beating when under unrelenting stress. Look to your 2nd house and Virgo to replenish your personal reserves.
Virgo understands that it is important to eat well for health and nutritional reasons. Leo understands it is important to eat well in order to look one’s best and fit into one’s extensive wardrobe. Sometimes, though, after a period of way too much partying and schmoozing, you need to take a long hard look at what is being put into your body and when. Virgo teaches the lesson about food for nutritional purposes, and Leo knows instinctively what he needs at this time. Lay off the business dinners as much as possible and make like a peasant for a few weeks- food from the earth will help your batteries recharge.
Virgo also understands just how rewarding it is to put others first. Lions under stress can do worse than step out of centre stage for a short while and invest in others. Something as simple as helping out a charity or assisting with the organisation of your school’s Art Show; perhaps offering to coach your son’s football team or doing the stage design for the local drama society.
Giving back and stepping back will replenish your inner reserves and bolster your confidence- all of which will help you combat stage fright and get back under the spotlight, whatever is your brand of spotlight, where you belong.
