Time to make a wish. Time to put your thoughts into order, clean your mind from unnecessary clutter and visualize clearly those things you wish to have in your life. The New Moon, still in Libra, is harbinger of all things new and provides a fertile ground for us to plant seeds, so to speak.
For my Libra friends, I wish to provide you with simple tips that will optimize those positive thoughts needed to make your intention as powerful as possible. Remember, a strong positive thought is more powerful than a thousand empty words.

Libra rules over the urinary system and it is very important to maintain a diet that will keep the body's chemistry well balanced; the kidneys must be treated well to help them help you. In this case, fresh fruits are a great way to obtain a good source of nutrients; a diet high in lean protein, low acidic foods and low in sugar is best. Avoid alcohol, soda drinks and olives as they tend to acidify the pH of the body. Try to eat lots of fresh fish, poultry and low-fat cheeses.
The recipe for bliss does not require any cooking; all you should do is have the intention to live life in a positive way knowing that a lesson learned is an important life-long acquisition. Remember that!
I will now share with you four tips on how to grill a fish, which you as a Libra should be eating. Now, go to the market, get yourself a nice fish fillet or a whole one, light a verbena-scented candle, invite some friends over and follow this advise.
