In Light of the Full Moon

Your emotional receptors are probably pinging already with the Libran Full Moon reaching its peak on Sunday. While we crave the comfort (Moon) of our relationships and social support (Libra) we have to remember that the Sun in Aries is invoking an inner polarity which calls us to balance and integrate our independence (Aries) with the luxury of intimate camaraderie (Libra). Of course Aries isn't all about independence ... It is also about breaking new ground and getting something - anything - going. With a Moon soaked in two-some loving Libra, chances are we want to involve others in our outrageous plans. While we know we ultimately have to go in alone we're in the mood to call on the support of a friend or contact in pursuit of our self-directed goals.

I only mention goals because besides the Sun being in Aries, Jupiter isn't far behind in the same sign and making an opposition to the lovely Libran moon. Jupiter shares Aries' ambition to get something going although and feels this down to its toes when its making a dynamic angle to the Moon. Jupiter brings purpose and vision to the Moon's mission to bond. Assuming you've been keeping your eye on the prize, you'll see some pretty "lucky" connections transpire over the weekend that will demonstrate how we can come together and serve one another in our distinct social roles.

With the fullness of the Moon's light, comes clarity. You'll have the opportunity to see yourself very clearly in relation to others. On whom do you depend? Who depends on you? How do people see you? How do you see them? We are seeking those one-on-one connections which are mutually beneficial and only deepen when we embody our distinct identity and follow the call to put ourselves in new scenarios, social and otherwise. With the busy stellium in Aries (Mars, Mercury, Uranus and Jupiter) that has been pushing us to make some sort of leap, this weekend gives us the chance to share our goals, celebrate our progress and enjoy ourselves and others for the special role they play in our lives.
