Libra is about relationship, beauty, marriage, partnership and love. At the beginning of your practice, you can visualize or set the intention, as well as explore or manifest the themes represent by Libra (such as the relationship you have always dreamed of). Or you can silently pray for strength or insight into a situation that requires you to mature in an area where you have been encountering resistance from within.
Things born on a new Moon often manifest themselves at the full Moon.
It is highly rewarding to incorporate the rhythms and motions of the planets into your Yoga practice. By setting intentions and offering gratitude on a monthly basis, you will begin to reap significant rewards on both an inner and outer level.
