Astrology-based dishes may bring about optimal bliss. Depending on the planetary alignment, the Sun and the Moon, we can prepare delicious recipes to help the capriciousness of the Stars!
With the Sun in Scorpio the Universe gives us the opportunity to tackle any problem right from the root. It is also a great time for regeneration and metamorphosis.
Aspects between planets may lead to deep emotional disabilities that can sabotage our actions, if we allow that. My advice is to go for healing and protective foods as a means to prevent such problems and do always live life with full intention and meaning.
This November will definitely be a great month of introspection, a time to evaluate what's inside all of us. It is also a time to dispose of that which is holding us back. It is time to regenerate our spirits, our vision, our goals and become a caterpillar getting ready for when it is time to come out and spread the wings.
I would like to begin the month with an invitation to prepare a nice mix of herbs, something similar to Herbs de Provence, but enhanced so that each of the signs can benefit from its goodness. As you prepare for the Holidays, you can keep these in a tight container and even give them away as gifts to your friends or loved ones. Use them as seasoning for meats, poultry, fish or stews. Italian dishes can also benefit from this mixture. Mix it with your hands and enjoy the aroma, too.
