Here we go -- again!
Mercury begins retrograde motion on October 21. During these pesky periods, which happen every three months or so, communications generally go haywire.
They last up to 24 days; it only seems longer as emails go astray, the cellphone battery is drained just when you’re expecting a crucial call, and so on. The usual advice for handling it all: Don’t start any new projects -- including a new job, big vacation or married life -- while Mercury is retrograde.
But what if you can’t put your life on hold until November 10? Suppose you’re offered a big promotion while Mercury is retrograde? Or must close on the purchase of your dream home?
You should at least try to stall signing any agreements, big or small, until mid-November. If that doesn’t work, negotiate a probation or provisional phase that extends a couple of weeks or more after Mercury goes direct. By that time you should know whether you want to make the arrangement more permanent. And what adjustments should be made.
Here’s some advice for negotiating Mercury Retrograde in Scorpio, as it relates to your Sun sign.
