New Moon: Introducing Donna Woodwell's Moon Blog!

Let's face it: Change is the new black.

The environment is changing; the economy is changing. Our workplace and family lives are shifting. Technology is moving faster than we can keep up with it.  Some even say all of this change is altering how our brains work.

Is it any wonder many of us feel like our heads are spinning? So where does that leave us?

As a professional astrologer, I often work with clients during times of major transitions in their relationships, careers and family life. I often hear the lament: "Enough already! Just tell me when it's going to stop?"

Many times the answer is: It's not, not anytime soon.

Over the past few years I've also experienced my share of change: a baby, a divorce, a move, a whirlwind romance and devastating heartbreak.  Needless to say, I've done my time on the floor in a heap. I understand the pain and the grief, the fear and the shame.

But I also discovered the unexpected: in the midst of blackest night, there is joy and magic and possibility. I want to share with you how to find it for yourself.

In my new blog on Astrology.com "La Vita Luna: Living Gracefully in a Changing World" we’ll explore ways that we can learn not just to survive change, but to thrive. We’ll traverse the map and from positive psychology to self-hypnosis, energy healing to common-sense planning – anything that cultivates adaptability and resilience during the shifting circumstances of life.

Though we are diverse and unique in our experiences, we also live under the same sky.  So we’ll travel together by the light of the Moon, Sun and stars. By working in harmony with Nature’s rhythms, we’ll get a boost from the cosmic waves.

It's Life. It will be fun, sometimes messy, but never boring. And I look forward to sharing it with you.
