Octomom, a Game Show Host?

Rumor has it that Leo-born “Octomom,” Nadya Suleman, has taken meetings with executives at cable’s GSN (Game Show Network) about possibly hosting a dating show or being on a panel for a game show. While reactions in the industry have been more puzzled than anything, the real question is: will there be enough audience interest in the mother of 14 (including one-year-old octuplets) to get viewers to tune in? 

While Nadya is a natural at stirring up controversy, chances are not good for her to go into television hosting. Her Mercury, the planet of communication, being in Gemini (its ruler) does endow her with an ability to be articulate. However, she has a very late degree of Mercury in Gemini -- and mixed with her Mars in Taurus, which rules her ambitions, she’d fare better in a profession with a slower pace. Sure, curiosity would attract viewers initially, but Nadya’s level of on-tap charisma and energy won’t be enough to carry her in this type of spotlight.
