Q: I would love if you could answer my question. Is there an astrological reason I have never been in a relationship?! I've had a really strange history with men and although I have always wanted to fall in love, it's never happened for me. I was born on March 6, 1981 at 10:02am in Canberra, Australia.

A: The only thing that stands out is the Moon phase under which you were born, which is Balsamic. This if the last of the 8 Moon Phases, and while it doesn’t say you’ll never be in a relationship, it does highlight a higher than usual need for time alone.

Some women born under the Balsamic Moon Phase find they go years between major relationships. In your case, your birth Moon Phase has been the same as your evolved Moon phase for the past four years. This has doubled up this hermit like energy.

However, just last month, you started a New Moon Phase, showing that you’ve energetically crossed a threshold into a new 30 year life cycle. This is a huge rite of passage and shows many shifts in focus. Cycles wise, you have more potential for love in the next 14 years than you’ve had in the past 14 years (and given your age, that’s probably most of your dating life!). The combination of age with these Moon Phase influences may explain why so far you haven’t had a relationship. These things aren’t permanent though!
