Whisk it until it forms softs peaks.Stir in vanilla and pumpkin spice and continue to whisk until the cream forms stiff peaks.Gently fold in pumpkin puree with a spatula and the pecans. Butter a loaf pan and line with parchment paper. Pour the mixture and place in freezer for at least 4 hours. Remove from pan, using the parchment paper to take it out. Slice and serve alone, drizzled with melted chocolate or a dab of whipped cream.
