Dear PsychicGirl,

I have a question about past lives. I've done two regressions both of which vivid images came to mind. In one I was a starving artist and it seemed as if it was Restoration London. The other I was in a monastery and saw knights invading my region. I'm not sure if this is something that I'm recalling or am I just making up. Could it just be my imagination running wild or do you think this is something valid?

Dear H.P. 
Looking at you and your question, your guides are saying that you got this right. You are quite intuitive yourself. These images you saw were coming directly from your spirit guides as that's where psychic messages actually come from. This is why psychic ability is described as communication with spirit. 

Most of us have had hundreds and hundreds of past lives. Usually when we look at a past life we are looking at how we got through something similar to what is going on in our life now. If you are able to get specifics about a past life, the goal is to look at our life and personality in the present and see if we have at all changed, grown and healed along our spiritual path. You also are being given the opportunity to release the energies that are most stopping or blocking you from getting what you want in this life. If we are able to release the energies around these past situations, it is basically like letting down a wall between you and what you want.

For you, these past lives you saw in your regressions, are about working on releasing the energies where you felt victim and powerless over what was happening to you at that time. So even though these past lives happen a very long time ago, they are still effecting you in present time. These energies are the root of where they originated along your spiritual path. Ever since then, this energy has acted as a target, attracting similar energies that just keep reinforced this pattern. If you have ever felt like you wont ever succeed by using your creative energies and that your personal boundaries are constantly invaded, bingo this is why.

So what do you do with this? It would greatly benefit you to find a way to release these energies you are hanging on to from your past, so you can change your future, allowing you to have the success you deserve. (You can do this by doing any kind of alternative healing work that releases this energy from your unconscious, like the work I do in a one on one session or using a method like Fastereft).
