Q: Dear PsychicGirl,
Last year was a year of change for me. On my birthday in June, I started my first day on unemployment. However, I also started living my dream of being a jazz singer. In January, I decided to focus on my music full time. I started performing. It's been 6 months now and getting gigs has not been as easy as I thought. To help make ends meet, I've started doing background work on commercials, television, etc., and I've taken on a part-time job repping. I'm wondering if I should stop the background and commercial work all together and just just rep part time?
Looking forward to your insight.

A: Dear C.H.
Congratulations is what I keep hearing over and over again from your guides and teachers in spirit. As I go to look at this situation for you, I am seeing lots of them coming in and circling around you. They are sending you so much love, energy and inspiration, wanting you not to give up on your dream. Most people talk about or daydream, but few actually take the steps to bring their dreams into reality. You are. Just so you know your destiny is not set in stone. We all have opportunity, however, it is up to us to make our destiny happen. Your life path is not this thing decided upon by someone outside of you.. and that you hopefully one day bump into or find by some lucky chance! If this is what you deeply and passionately desire in your life, you do whatever it takes to heal yourself, until you get there!
I'm going to jump right into the question behind your question here which is: Will your dream actually come true? When I look at this question and your energy, I am seeing in the immediate future you singing on a television show. The show I am seeing looks like a dramatic scripted show versus a reality competition type show. So It looks to me that you will be continuing to do the background and commercial work you are currently doing. This work will lead to doing what you love to do on screen, and that will start to blend together with your dream of being a Jazz singer for a living. The job that has the least amount of energy around it is the repping. This means that I wouldn't put a lot of energy into the repping as I do not see this as something that will lead to much in your big picture, not to mention that it doesn't really make all that excited to get up each morning and do. Now obviously you are the one who has to wake up each day and live your life so only you can be responsible for making the decision of what you are going to do here. However, it doesn't look like you want to quit the background and commercial work, as it looks to me that this is actually going to lead into the bigger picture of what you really want!
Wishing you love answers and healing galore!
